OVERCOMING THE FEAR OF REJECTION
Afraid that person you like will turn you down? Well, that's a possibility. And it's not the end of the world! People get rejected all the time—at work, at home, and on the dating scene. Hearing "no" isn't personal, and it saves you a lot of wasted time. Besides, if they're not that into you, someone else out there is!
TALKING TO STRANGERS
Do you dread face-to-face interactions? Let's change that! Talking to complete strangers pushes you outside your comfort zone, where the magic happens. Once you master the approach (the hardest part), introducing yourself to new people will become second nature.
BUILDING CONFIDENCE
Doing new things is scary. But fear creates the same physical response as excitement. Our dares will get out of the house to visit new places and interact with fascinating people. Watch your confidence bloom as you flex this muscle.
EXPERIENCING NOVEL THINGS
Do all your days blend together? Instead of repeating Groundhog Day, we'll teach you to explore other things the world has to offer. You might discover a new hobby or even a potential partner!
CREATING NEW HABITS
Life is stressful enough. Systems and processes make it easier. Our daily assignments and movement exercises provide a way to nourish your mind and body. Before you know it, they'll become part of your everyday routine.
REDISCOVERING YOURSELF
The only person who completes you is you. Regular meditation and positive affirmations help align your energy with the universe, revealing the best version of yourself.
Stacey, as you know I got A LOT out of this challenge. My biggest takeaway has been to let go and let the universe put things in front of you.
Just go with the flow and try not to expect or anticipate. This has really been working in my favor and I'm loving every minute of it.
I feel a bit more poised and confident, not as prone to emotional highs and lows, and steady.
I'm starting some kind of a relationship with this man that the universe put in my path several times before I started listening and it's all because of this!

I’ve been way more conscious in being open and receptive for new experiences and new paths and getting outside my comfort zone.
My latest mantra is ‘Accept the detours in life. Maybe that detour got you off a more painful path!
Maybe the detour, while it hurts, was necessary as things would have been way worse if you had stayed on the road you were on! And, what if, this detour puts you on a better, happier path!’
